Nitrogen

It struck me as the elevator doors opened to this in my building, that this represents one of the reasons I love working on a university campus so much- passion & optimism. I have absolutely no idea what this is (apart from Nitrogen, naturally) but someone is intensely passionate about whatever this is, and whatever it does.

Universities create this unique environment of shelter where most everyone is pursuing whatever it is that interests them most. Students' career paths are still idealized and dreams of full time employment are yet to be perverted or abandoned by bills and the 'market.' That 'anything is possible' mentality can be contagious.
